Break In
"When we experienced a break and entry in the middle of the night, we were impressed by how fast and efficient Protectron has responded to the alarm triggered by the forced entry prompting the police to be at the scene in minutes. This immediate and swift action by Protectron lessened the time for the thieves to scour for loot. We would strongly recommend Protectron Security to all of our friends and family." - Leah
Fire Interrupted
"One summer afternoon, a grease fire started on the kitchen stove, spreading throughout the kitchen. Within seconds, Protectron called and assured us that a fire truck would be on its way shortly. Sure enough, the fire department was there not long after the call. Several days later, Protectron called to see how we were making out after the fire. We would like to thank Protectron for everything that they have done for us." - Batista Family

Break In
"One unfortunate night while I was out, the alarm rang—I had a break in! I came home to six police officers (three in the house and three outside at all exits) and a stolen minivan in my driveway. When the robbers kicked in the back door and they could not dismantle the alarm, they fled when the loud siren rung true through the home. If it had not been for the Protectron system or their quick response to notify the authorities, I could have been ripped off or, worse yet, hurt by a would-be intruder. Take it from me, that security and peace of mind when I go to bed at night is priceless!" - Jonathan
Break In
"During the night, intruders tried to break into my office. The alarm was activated, and Protectron tried to reach me but I couldn’t be reached at that moment. Protectron took the initiative to immediately send a guard to prevent the thieves from stealing anything or causing any damages. The guard remained until my arrival and made sure the office was completely secure before leaving. Because of the efficiency of Protectron’s service, the office was protected to my entire satisfaction. I don’t hesitate recommending their service to any one." - François

I just had a long conversation with Bruce - he told me he is so happy with Protectron as we have saved his life 2 times.
He wanted me to let the ERC know that on December 19, 2007 we responded to a carbon monoxide detector signal and his wife and daughter were taken to the hospital and their lives were saved.
Fast forward to February 10, 2008 and there was an actual fire at his home. It was picked up by his garage motion which we called him on and he checked outside and noticed that his garage was on fire. He told me when they left the premise his whole roof was on fire. The Fire Chief asked how Protectron responded to his alarm and he also told him if we did not get the alarm from the garage motion he would not be there today.
He kept telling me to inform the ERC and Protectron he will be a customer forever!
They are temporarily staying in a Hotel in Barrie. He is getting a trailer set up on this lot and he wants this monitored as soon as it is moved there. He thinks the home will be re-built in 3 - 6 months and again will have Protectron monitor this. He could not say enough good things about us

Hazel wanted me to let the managers know that she is extremely happy with Protectron, Andre and Beretta's Guard Response.
We had a alarm at 02:45 this morning. Hazel was home alone and had no idea why the alarm went off. Earlier today she had to fire a contractor that was painting her house because the contractor was possibly under the influence of alcohol. This contractor was asking far too many questions about Protectron and her security system and Hazel suspects that it was the contractor that set the alarm off.
Andre handled her alarm, kept the client calm and dispatched the guards right away. It only took the guards 15 minutes to arrive at the site.
Hazel said Robert from Beretta was extremely polite and helpful. She just wanted to make sure that everyone is aware of how happy she is about how this situation was handled and that she feels safe with Protectron as her security provider.

The ERC received a CO signal from Carla's alarm at 5:24 am on April 5, 2008.
By 5:26 am the fire department was dispatched and contact was made with Carla. ERC Operator Ashley McMann advised the client to immediately remove herself, her family and her pets from the premises as we were receiving CO signals from her system.
Carla followed the instructions and waited outside for the fire department to arrive. The fire department arrived within 10 minutes and entered the premises with gas masks to find a faulty furnace and CO levels 80% higher than acceptable levels.
The furnace was shut down and the gas turned off. The fire department advised Carla that had it not been for the CO detector, the outcome could have been much worse.
Carla is currently in the process of telling everyone she knows to get a monitored system by Protectron as it saved her and her family's life!

On April 26, 2008 there was an alarm set off at the residence of Premkumar Seenivasagam. Premkumar was away and his wife Yogeswary was home alone when suddenly there was a loud bang at the door. From what she could see, it was 2 individuals in dark clothing demanding access to the house.
Yogeswary did not recognize these people and immediately called 911, and was unable to reach anyone as 911 put her on hold. She then called a second time and still could not get through!
It was good news that the customer had their system armed in stay mode, because as the intruders were pounding on the front door (in an attempt to distract Yogeswary), one of the intruders made their way to the rear of the home and attempted to sneak in through a rear window of the house. When they opened the rear window, the alarm was triggered, the siren scared off the intruders and also initiated an immediate response from our emergency response centre.
The operators who responded were Andre Bent and Kelcy Sherbank, who handled the situation with great poise and professionalism. Andre kept the client calm and advised her to move to a safe room in the house while Kelcy Sherbank got the police on the phone and immediately dispatched.
Andre then handed the phone off to Kelcy Sherbank who continued to keep the client calm while Andre provided a full and detailed update to the police who were on their way.
Thankfully the police arrived in less than five minutes and secured the area. They are still investigating the issue but you will be glad to know that the client and their home is safe thanks to our commitment to saving lives and protecting property.
Yogeswary has personally thanked Protectron and both operators involved for keeping her calm in a very stressful and frightening situation. Great job TEAM ERC! Great job Protectron!

We received a call today from Darcy Moch thanking us for responding to a recent event at his home.
In January of 2006, the Moch's decided to upgrade their system to include some flood sensors. Frontline Security went out and installed the equipment and as it turns out, this was a very wise decision indeed.
Our emergency response centre received an environmental alarm from the flood sensor in the basement the morning of May 5, 2008.
The operator accessed the alarm within 2 minutes and was able to reach Darcy to advise the client there was a potential water problem at their home. The client immediately rushed home to a badly leaking hot water tank and was able to shut off the water before the damage became too extensive.
The client thanks the diligent work of operators Brenda Henkel and Maxime Roure-Desjardins for helping to protect his home from a potentially costly incident!
Great Job Team!
